With the construction of the Kornmarkt Arkaden, this central location is regaining the key role it enjoyed thanks to generations as a place of exchange.The Kornmarkt and the connecting street Buchgasse were once among the most important streets in Frankfurt. It was here that the first Frankfurt Book Fair took place in 1480, and the trade in fruits and grains here flourished into the 18th century. In the adjacent St. Paul’s Church, Germany’s first freely elected parliament met from May 1848 to June 1849. Following its reconstruction during the boom years of the economic miracle, the Federal Audit Office was the site’s defining structure for many years.

Energy performance certificates: The buildings are currently in the planning stage. Energy performance certificates for non-residential buildings pursuant to Sections 16 ff of the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) have not yet been issued. At the time of completion, we will present the energy performance certificates to potential tenants and purchasers without prompting. In the event that a contract is to be signed, we will transfer the aforementioned energy performance certificate directly to the tenant or purchaser, or it will constitute part of the lease agreement or purchase agreement.
